Denise Moses – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return. Email info@denisemoses.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll review your request and send instructions.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days to appear.

Cancellations. We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@denisemoses.com; we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for fulfilment.
